Data Deletion

You can ask FlipDeck LLC to delete the data Marnyx holds about you at any time. This includes data we received through Facebook, Instagram, X or TikTok if you connected those accounts.

Option 1: Delete a business yourself

  1. Sign in and open the "Active business" menu at the top right.
  2. Click the trash icon next to the business and confirm.

This removes that business and the data attached to it from your account.

Option 2: Ask us to delete your whole account

  1. Email michael.dano1523@gmail.com from the email address on your Marnyx account.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Say whether you want your whole account deleted, or only data from connected social accounts.

We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. To protect you, we may ask you to verify that the request is yours.

Data from connected social accounts

You can also remove Marnyx from your Facebook, Instagram, X or TikTok settings. When access is removed, we stop using the connection. Email us using the steps above to have any data we kept from that account deleted.

Removing Marnyx from Facebook or Instagram

If you remove Marnyx in your Facebook settings (Settings → Business Integrations) and choose to delete the data it received, Meta sends us an automatic deletion request. We then delete the stored Facebook and Instagram access for your account straight away and give Meta a confirmation code. You can check the result at /data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law requires it or for security and fraud prevention, such as a record that a deletion request was made.
